 | Netta Cohen - CEO Mr. Cohen joined BGN in 2004, bringing to the position 20 years of managerial experience. Prior to joining BGN, Mr. Cohen was the Dep. GM of Pharma-Israel, The Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies Association. Previously, he was the Director of Finance & Business Development for Novartis Consumer Health and Gerber Baby Food at its regional offices. He began his managerial career at Kibbutz Harish, where he served as its General Manager. Mr. Cohen currently sits on the boards of BotanoCap, OmniLogos, Amorphical, Rotec, CartiHeal and other privately-held companies. He also sits on the board of Deutsche Telekom Labs at BGU. Mr. Cohen holds an Executive MBA from the University of Bradford, UK, and a BA in Economics from Ruppin Academic Center. |

 | Dr. Ora Horovitz - Senior VP Business Development Dr. Horovitz joined BGN in 1997 following 20 years of Research and Development positions in academy and industry and 5 years of International Marketing and Business Development. Dr. Horovitz serves as VP for Business Development and is responsible for Licensing and Intellectual Property at BGN. Dr. Horovitz is a graduate of Bar Ilan University and the Hebrew University and holds a Ph.D in Molecular Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science. |

 | Zafrir Levy - VP Business Development - Exact Sciences & Engineering Mr. Levy joined BGN in 2007. Prior to Joining BGN, Mr. Levy managed for several years the business development activities in the areas of engineering, computer, exact sciences and medical devices at TRDF (Technion R&D Foundation). Previously he held a number of managerial positions in the R&D and Marketing teams of Encotone, a provider of PKI digital signatures solutions and acoustic signing technologies. He was the founder and the CEO of Thinking Different, a company which activated out-sourcing classes and other activities in the field of computers, sciences and innovative thinking. Mr. Levy holds a MBA focus on Hi-Tech from the Technion, and a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Haifa University. |

 | Amir Zaidaman - VP Commercial Affairs Amir Zaidman joined BGN in 2011 and brings with him vast experience in management and deal making in various technology sectors. For the past 3.5 years prior to joining BGN Mr. Zaidman was active in the VC arena as a principal and a partner at 7 Health Ventures and at Expedio Ventures. Prior to that he was Vice President of business development at OHV technology incubator. Before that Amir served in executive positions in technology companies Flash Networks (head of products and marketing) and Comverse (Chief Operations Officer of the mobile entertainment division) Mr. Zaidman is a member of the Israeli bar association and is a CPA (Israel), and as such has in-depth understanding of business processes and deal structuring. He holds a BA in accounting and an LLB, both from the Tel-Aviv University, and an MBA from the executive program at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. |

 | Avi Strugano - Business Development Mr. Strugano joined BGN in 2002. He has over 15 years of international marketing and business development experience. In addition to his business development position in BGN, Mr Strugano is the CEO of MultiPON which is one of BGU start-up companies developing chips to the ultra high data rates (10Gps and above) markets. Mr Strugano was the VP for Business Development and Marketing at Ness-ISI, a division of Ness Technologies (Nasdaq: NSTC), the Founder and VP for Sales and Projects at ScheduLogic and the Projects and Marketing Manager at Yahav – Projects and Computers. He is a graduate of the special program for PhD students in Physics and Electro-optics at Ben-Gurion University (BGU) and is currently doing his PhD in Business Management at BGU. |

 | Mario Krimerman - CFO Mr. Krimerman joined BGN in 2001 as the company's CFO. Prior to joining BGN, he served as a comptroller of Yitran Ltd., a start-up company, and prior to that at Brand Industries Ltd. Mr. Krimerman holds a M.A. degree in Accounting from the University of Buenos-Aires, Argentina and is an Israeli Certified Public Accountant (CPA). |
