The workshop will consist of two days of morning and afternoon sessions,

led by scholars, researchers and practitioners from differenet fields.

This workshop has as its primary aim discussion and sharing of ideas,

among experts in quite diverse disciplines.

All talks will be presented with this in mind, and will include introductory

and summary remarks that will be clear to the full range of experts who are participating.

The workshop will include breakout discussions so that sessions are "homogenous"

while others are intentionally "heterogeneous".

Generally each day will start with a focus on social and policy issues,

then consider some technical issues, and look to integrate these ideas

in the final discussions of the day
