The Industrial Engineering & Management Department has some open tenure-track faculty positions. Although excellent researchers with a PhD in any IE&M related field may apply, the department currently encourages candidates mostly in the following areas:
- Statistics: theoretical and applied statistics, quality and reliability engineering, stochastic theory
- Industrial Engineering: work study, supply chain, service engineering, operations management, manufacturing management
- Manufacturing Engineering: Control of Manufacturing Systems, Intelligent Automation and Sensors, Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing, Materials Processing, Metrology, Process engineering; Faculty expertising in experimental and applied research with strong connection to systems engineering and analysis

Please notice that the teaching language is mostly Hebrew at BGU, hence a fluent Hebrew is required.
