Conference fee is set at $300. This includes regular conference services (opening cocktail party on 23 October, three lunches on 24, 25, and 26 October, two coffee breaks on 24 and 26 October and one coffee break on 25 October, conference abstract on CD, and a hotel-campus shuttle service).
The fee for an accompanying person is $75.
Deadline for registration without cost surcharges: 1 July 2011.
Registration after 1 July 2011: $350
Registration cancellation fee policy: 90% refund until 31 August 2011 .
50% refund from 1 September to 22 September 2011.
No refund for cancellation after 22 September 2011.
